Refund Policy

Welcome to StartRight4U, where we connect you with qualified professionals to meet your business and legal needs. We appreciate your trust in us and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Below is our refund policy outlined in a clear and simple manner:

Refund for Personal Reasons:

  • If you decide to cancel your purchase within 4 hours of payment, we will provide a 100% refund upon notification via email at info@startright4u.com. No refunds will be issued after 4 hours of payment.
  • Once your order has been assigned to our network of professionals (CA, CS, Lawyers, or other consultants), no refunds can be processed.
  • If you do not respond to our emails, calls, or messages for more than seven (7) consecutive days, your order will be considered cancelled and no refund will be applicable.
  • Refunds are subject to approval from the assigned consultant. Any disputes between you and the consultant are considered independent matters, and StartRight4U will not be held responsible for the same.

Refund Due to Service Delivery Issues:

  • If our professionals are unable to deliver services due to changes in applicable law or regulations, and you are unable to meet the revised government norms, no refund will be provided.
  • If you have submitted all required documents and qualifications but our professionals are unable to assist or refuse to proceed, we may reassign your order within our network. If no professional is able to assist within 30 days, you may request a refund by writing to us at info@startright4u.com.
  • Delays caused by government authorities, regulatory bodies, or processing timelines will not be considered as delays on StartRight4U's part.
  • No refund requests will be entertained if your application is rejected by government authorities for reasons beyond the professional's control. Should you wish to reapply, applicable fees will be charged again.

Other Important Points:

  • By using our platform, you confirm that you are not acting as an agent, middleman, or unregistered legal or financial professional.
  • No refunds will be issued once the documents required for service delivery have been shared with you via email or any other communication channel.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not process refunds to any third-party account.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within a minimum of 30 days from the date of approval by the assigned professional or our internal team.

Escalation Process:

Level 1: Write to the designated professional (CA/CS/other consultant) and mark a copy to info@startright4u.com. Resolution may take up to seven (7) working days.

Level 2: If you are not satisfied with the Level 1 resolution, you may escalate to our nodal officer at info@startright4u.com. This may take up to seven (7) additional working days. The nodal officer's decision shall be final and binding.

Additional Terms:

  • By making a payment, you confirm that you are aware of your service requirements and the documents necessary to complete the process.
  • All disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
